Harry's Qualifications
Harry's formal education (MBA), coupled with his background in engineering and financial management, uniquely qualifies him to be our county's Chief Executive Officer. As a military veteran with over twenty years of service to the Army Corps of Engineers, Harry possesses expertise in almost every aspect of county government.
His experience for almost eight years as our County Judge/Executive provides him the knowledge and background necessary to guide Hardin County through the golden opportunities facing us during the next four years.
